When you think of drama, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Those gossipy conversations where you worry that every snicker and sneer is about you? That Facebook friend who shares every detail about their relationship? The person who exaggerates every thing in their life? Or perhaps your favourite TV show.

What about your own life feels full of drama?

Drama can show up every day, it is those things that feel like hassles, that worry you and feel harder than they should be. It can be stressing about your diet and doubting every food choice you make, or exercising as a way to punish your body. It can be feeling like you are a failure at work and that you never do a good enough job.

Life feels like you are pushing through. You’re always on the go and have sleepless nights because the brain doesn’t know how to switch off. You give so much of your time and energy to everyone around you, and everyday you are left feeling drained and overwhelmed. You know it is time to bring about change in your life because where you are right now is not filling you with joy.

But where do you start?

A drama-filled life is a giant flashing fluoro sign showing us we are disconnected from ourselves. The first step towards cutting the drama out of your life is to rediscover yourself again.

Through a series of audios and worksheets, the Cut The Drama, Find Your Joy free challenge asks you to give yourself 10 minutes everyday. The worksheets you are given will ask you one question and the beauty is there are no right or wrong answers because they are all about you.

You will be looking at what lights you up, what drains you and creating your own vision of what a joy filled life looks like to you.
