Are you showing yourself to the world, or are you in a stage of protection?
Are you the kind of person who feels like you are guarded so you can protect yourself from the rest of the world? You know if your guard is up, no one can hurt you, because you have kept them at a safe distance from you.
Or would you perhaps describe it as a numbness? Where it is more you have stopped yourself from feeling, as your way to protect yourself?
Are you in a world where you have hidden yourself from the world, because it feels safer this way. The past has hurt you, deeply. It is making you question what you did that was so wrong, it is making you question who you are, it is making you question how you could have been so gullible to let someone so close to you hurt you.
I have just a small message for you tonight, this pain you are feeling is not your fault. At the moment while you are working through this, it is an icky time, please know you will get through this.
It is so important to create space in your life at the moment, to feel and to heal.
(Day Sixteen: My focus for the month of April, is to blog everyday. I am setting aside 30 minutes at the end of the day to connect with my message to share with you. The idea behind this, is to limit the overthinking, to minimise the censoring and just to connect with a theme I would like to share for the day.)
